Refund policy — Fifth Third Edition

Straight talk on refunds. Fourteen-day withdrawal for consumers in the European Economic Area. Pro-rata for the current month on cancellation. Full refund on a Fifth Third module that ships a defect.

1. Withdrawal right

If your workspace address is in the European Economic Area and you are acting outside your trade or profession, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the day the workspace is provisioned. The right is exercised by an email to support@fifththirdstore.org quoting the workspace reference (BA-…). We refund the full workspace payment within fourteen days of receipt, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

The right of withdrawal is extinguished for a Fifth Third module you have expressly requested and used more than a single time — for those modules we grant a pro-rata refund of the current month instead of the full withdrawal.

2. Cancellation at any time

Every workspace and every individual Fifth Third module can be cancelled from the workspace at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. The module keeps running on the enrolled devices until the end of the current paid month, then stops receiving updates on the Fifth Third Wednesday track and stops registering new entitlements. Local data stays on the device.

3. Refund on a Fifth Third defect

If a Fifth Third module ships a defect that makes it unusable on your enrolled device — a crash on start-up on a supported Android version, a permission model that violates the module data sheet, a critical bug that reaches the production channel — you may request a full refund of the current month regardless of the withdrawal window. Send the request to support@fifththirdstore.org with the module name, the enrolled device model, the Android version and a short description of what fails. The Fifth Third editorial team reviews the request within one working day.

4. Refund on a Fifth Third Wednesday regression

If a Wednesday drop introduces a regression that materially degrades a Fifth Third module for you, you may request a pro-rata refund of the current month covering the days from the Wednesday drop to the cancellation date. The same one-working-day review applies.

5. Chargeback

We invite you to contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. A chargeback carries a €25 recovery fee under our merchant agreement that we would prefer to spend on paying the developers of the Fifth Third modules you have used.

6. Recovery of a refund on a lapsed workspace

A workspace refund can be paid to the original card up to 180 days after the transaction. Beyond 180 days our payment provider requires a SEPA transfer to an IBAN held by the workspace administrator; the SEPA transfer is initiated within thirty days of receipt of the IBAN.

7. VAT on a refund

The refund includes the VAT collected at the time of purchase. If the invoice was issued under a reverse-charge regime the refund is net of VAT and the reverse-charge liability of the customer is unaffected.

8. Non-refundable items

We do not refund per-transaction payment fees when a chargeback is initiated after we have offered a direct refund. We do not refund the workspace subscription for months already consumed before the cancellation date; the workspace subscription is charged for the calendar month regardless of the day of cancellation.

9. Format of the refund request

An email to support@fifththirdstore.org with the following elements is enough:

The Fifth Third editorial team acknowledges within one working day and completes the refund within fourteen days.

10. Contact
